I believe feeling better starts with understanding why your body is doing what it’s doing. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and rooted in education, so you feel empowered in your health decisions rather than overwhelmed.

I focus on building real, trusting relationships with my patients and creating personalized plans that actually fit your life. You can expect evidence-based care, thoughtful conversations, and clear, realistic next steps, with ongoing support along the way.

What I Love to Treat

  • Digestive concerns
  • Anxiety, burnout, and stress regulation
  • Hormone support (PCOS, endometriosis, PMS/PMDD)
  • Perimenopause, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy
  • Weight loss resistance, thyroid health, and metabolic concerns

I’m especially passionate about digestive health, mental health, hormones, and metabolic health, but I welcome all new patients. I received my Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, majoring in Biological Science and Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences. Before naturopathic medicine, I worked in research at Toronto Western Hospital in the Department of Neuroradiology and supported brain injury survivors as a personal support worker.

I am a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time outdoors with my fur babies, enjoying great food with friends and family, or getting my body moving while teaching Barre classes.
